Let me share with you my story of pursuing my dreams...
1️⃣I understood I had to step out of my comfort zone. And then I found out that comfort was generally overrated, anyway.
2️⃣I got scared. What if....Sometimes I felt uncertain. When I am uncertain, I can do one of two things: stop and wait for inspiration to lead me to the next logical step, or take a leap of faith and act, knowing that, even if I make a bad choice, I’ll survive and probably learn a heck of a lot in the process.
3️⃣At some point I understood I wasn’t able to please everyone and I needed to delay a feeling of gratification until the moment I really DO something. Once I heard ‘Just keep your mouth shut’ ( 1 TED Talk speakers has the same topic of his speech, you can enjoy it) and started pursuing my dreams without anyone’s approval. Pretty soon, I started noticing new people coming into my life whose hearts sing on my behalf.
4️⃣Suddenly, I realised how much I have to offer and I started meeting different people who chose to pursue their dreams, too. I created a community of like-minded people and this is where the creators are. This is where the visionaries and great inspirers are.
5️⃣I am still learning how to be patient. I have learnt that the best clients, the best gigs, the best customers are all worth waiting for.
👩🏫Now I find myself bouncing out of bed in the morning, eager to get started on my list for the day( sometimes without a list). I have a burning desire to contribute to the world, to uplift everyone on the planet through what I do, because I love it so much!👩🏫
